WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
- We accept only exchanges within Fifteen (15) days of purchase on regular priced items
- ALL ITEMS must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED & PACKAGING INTACT.
- Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Email at : contact@kyndandactive.com, quoting your order number #, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving your order, and we will Initiate a pick up if your pin-code is eligible for the same.
