For orders placed during the sale period, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Refunds and Exchanges will be offered for any items where the Returns are initiated within 15 days of receiving the order / product.
  • Any Returns initiated outside the 15 day period are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges.
  • 100% Refund will be issued except for the COD charges.
  • Items bought with an offer applied will be refunded after adjusting the offer discount.
  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by the method mentioned below. www.kynd-and-active.com can only accept returns of product bought directly from our online store.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at any other online location for any reason.
  • For hygienic reasons, please make sure that any bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. For orders placed using the buy 2 get 1 free or buy 4 get 2 free offers, the refund/store credit amount will be as per the price after adjustment of the proportionate discount offered for the lowest price product.
  • For orders in sale B1G1, Women's Day Sale, Summer Sale or any time-bound offers only exchange is allowed in alternate color or size and Returns will be processed. Refund can be processed only via store credit (Bank transfer or payment gateway refunds are not available for items bought in these sale periods).

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS

Returns for Orders that have been paid through Credit / Debit cards can be processed in the following ways:

1. Refund to the original payment through which the order was placed

2. Store Credit for Order amount

REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

Returns for COD Orders can be through the following modes:

1. Store Credit - Store Credit has lifetime validity and can be used on all products.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

  • We accept returns / exchanged within Fifteen (15) days of purchase on regular priced items
  • ALL ITEMS to be returned must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED & PACKAGING INTACT.
  • Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Email at : contact@kyndandactive.com, quoting your order number #, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving your order, and we will Initiate a pick up if your pin-code is eligible for the same.

  • The reverse pick up is done within 3 -5 days of the Return Request
  • The exchange is processed within 3 - 5 days of the pick up
  • Refunds are processed once the article is received at our warehouse
  • Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days
